At Oliveé Beauty, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items not meeting these conditions may be denied a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items.

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at mokgomez123@yahoo.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including the RA number in the package. Use the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.

Important: Returns without an RA number may not be processed.


4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Credited to your Oliveé Beauty account for future purchases.
  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the same item or another item of equal value.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For Other Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mokgomez123@yahoo.com.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will process your claim and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for items of equal value or for store credit. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.


8. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Returns must comply with this policy and arrive within 30 days of delivery to account for international transit times.
